OEM SSK on a 997.2 Carrera

Morning all, a bit of help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve read about all the different options.

I’m going to order an OEM Short-Shifter for my car with 68k miles, is this the correct part 997 424 983 00?
Also, what other items should I replace at the same time as I’ve read ‘cables’, do you know the part numbers?

I’ve got an OEM SSK on my 996 and it’s perfect. I just want the same gear change in my 997.2

That's a rip-off.

99742498300 is the correct number for the Porsche item, should be just over £300 + vat from OPC
