Ok so it appears a few of us are looking to purchase the DSC V1 module so this is the new group buy list.
Please add yourself if interested to get things moving.

Would have been good to have Ken at 9Excellences input on prices and numbers needed before creating the thread. Can't really go pimping this about to other places until we can say what the prices are

JonnieD - no you don't need the Accelerometer, its only for gen1 cars.

V1 is £1015+vat at current exchange rate and shipping and import duties
V2 is £1097+vat ----------------"----------------------------------------------
Acc (only required on 997.1 non turbo cars) £244+vat.

Current website pricing at 9e with 5% discount code (including shipping UK address)

V1 - £945+VAT
V2 - £992+VAT
ACC £250+VAT

Funky as I started this post I'm happy for it to run and add interested parties so please do not start setting rules! We need at least 10 individuals to progress & commit or Ken won't supply any price discounts if there is no appetite.

what rules? I'm literally saying it would be 'best' to check with the reseller who is apparently offering this deal before we start blasting it out there. I've never seen a bulk buy before where people had no idea what price point before commiting.
I'm not sure how that is setting rules, but if you're offended by me asking for that to be confirmed then i shan't mention it any more.

Nice to see about Ken confirming to you that there is 10 needed. Pity the discount hasn't been forthcoming yet.

I'd be in subject to discount. Imho it's a big chunk of money for something on a 997.1. It would need to be the same discount level on current prices for me to warrant it.

The only thing thats a killer that will boost the price on the DSC for the Gen1 997 is the very much needed Acceleratometer module, otherwise if Gen2 then its just the pasm box.. thats where a small chunk of the money goes to unfortunatly!!...
