Sad I am, I know, but they are so prone to rot that I thought I had better put some protection on them. Started with the NSF, this wheel has started to craze, but its not too bad.
So wheel off and Zymol wheel cleaner, wd40 to get rid of tar, then dry and Sonus SPX1 to polish, ChemicalGuys Wheelguard (cheers G) x 2 coats, finished off with Zymol Titanium wax, tyres dressed with Zymol tyre dressing.
Also took the opportunity to clean and polish the wing liner and spray on Sonus Trim and Motorcote, I'll see how long it lasts?

stu,
you really need to get out more
she sure is a looker buddy, I am very jealous,
I have some peeling on my wheels, wonder if they would be covered under wtty for paintwork?
You could join the class action being made against Porsche for the poor alloys. Most (if not all) the GT3RS owners have had no luck with Porsche GB on having wheels refurbed/replaced.
Anyway Daz you know you want them painted black

I know, mind you I get out enough during the week!
She is definately a looker, pics don't do her justice. Funnily the main worry when I was getting it was that I wouldn't like the interior, but I love it, its just basic but somehow better? If that makes any sense!
Doubt very much your peeling wheels will be covered under warranty, the RS boys have even gone as far as solicitors letters, to no avail!
