anyone replaced the squib ring on a cayenne ?

i have the dreaded airbag light on, checked the seat connections, it appears to be pointing towards the squib ring, just wondered if anyone had ever replaced theres, or had this issue I'm having ?
2004 cayenne s 4.5 v8

I assume it'll be similar tech to the 996 of its era and if so it's a fairly easy change. Just make sure the battery is dis'd for the swap.

Seat connectors are the old favourites for airbag light on .. but if you have a fault code for clock spring ( squib ? behind the steering wheel ? ) then its not too hard to replace , a little unusual though.
