Thursday just gone I took a good friend to the festival of speed in the 996.
on the way the weather turned bad real bad.
You do get some funny looks fording through 1 ft deep water in a 911 especallly when you drive through unscathed past at least 2 drowned euro boxes.
the 4wd also helped as I smoothly drove out of the swamped car park past sevral rwd auto mercs which were just spinning their wheels in the mud.
I did have to wash the mud off the exhausts later though as it smelt a bit warm and "rural"
oh and yesterday mot time passed yet again with no advisories and over 110k on the clock.
