If you insist on eating in the car, just remember to lick your fingers before stabbing at any of the buttons with them :thumb:

Never mind licking your fingers, it looks like someone was prodding the spoiler button with a half eaten chicken leg! :dont know:

Maybe he's just christened it and it's man juices!

New C2S arrived in Sheerness yesterday. Touch and go as whether they can get it to me for Christmas. :frustrated:

Great read, cheers GT4!

As said, these petrol saving measures are more to go wrong further down the road. Watch this space I suppose.....

Well, obviously my specialised subject of other peoples gunk stuck in the centre console!

Believe me, the 997 is no better as the man from Lex proved by spilling coffee and all sorts of other 'fluff' 'dead skin' 'bodily fluids'... eeeew, it's making me reach, just as well I had some 100% Trigene Wipes to hand!

Now, about all of my other OCD's...... :D

Anyone know when the non-S 991 will be available? Wonder why Porsche delayed it.

Taken a leaf out of Henry Ford's book if anything.

Any 991 as long as it's a 3.8 PDK with sunroof.

Just love it...take a picky of your console to show an option button, not
too disimilar to sticking your head up over the parapet :gunfire:

....schoolboy error...couple of specs of dust, greasy finger.. :floor:

..Oh yeah, Paul...terrific write up !

does anybody know when the hybrid and diesel versions will be out lol

Sorry, no diesel version (at least during Gen 1), Hybrid in late 2014:

H2 2011 991 Carrera and Carrera S
H1 2012 991 Carrera and Carrera S Cabriolet
H2 2012 991 Carrera 4 and Carrera 4S
H1 2013 991 GT3 (450 BHP)
H2 2013 991 Targa 4 and Targa 4S
H2 2013 991 Turbo (520 BHP)
H1 2013 991 Speedster
H1 2014 991 Turbo Cabriolet
H2 2014 991 Carrera S Hybrid (although actually a 3.4)
