Power Flex Gearbox Bush

Hi

Wondering if anyone can help.. I've just fitted a power flex gearbox bush and the NVH especially noise (resonance) and some vibration has gone very bad from 3500rpm upwards.. The car already has Rennline semi solid engine mounts which weren't causing any issue.. I was under the impression this bush had a redesign back in 2017 to solve this very problem.
Any suggestions to improve the situation would be much appreciated.. I feel removing it might be my only option as it currently spoiling the car.

The original design of these caused too much NVH so I modified mine and it cured the problem. Powerflex got wind of this and responded by changing the design. Do you have the original design or the new design? I'm guessing that's the new. Even so, you may want to look what I did (thanks to infrasilver) and do something similar.

Thanks Alex.. I'm pretty sure it's the new design.. as from looking at pics it does look as if the ears on the bush are thinner.. Diid trimming it down get rid of the NVH altogether or dramatically reduce it at least. Looking at the pic of the bush from my original post and then finding a few pics on the internet I think mind is the later bush.. I can't say the modification Powerflex has done has helped..

Helped massively to the point I don't notice it. Cut the middle web out the top and I bet that makes a big difference.
