Flat Battery, Emergency key not working... HELP!

Google can be a dangerous thing ……..Can a battery discharge past the point of recovery, yes it can. Can a battery be recovered successfully, yes it can. In this situation i would suspect that the battery can be recovered to its state pre discharge. The best way to find out is to recharge it and use it. I’ve only once in 40 years had a flat battery i could not recover successfully and that included one which had sat in a car discharged for a couple of years (I figured it was harder to nick lol)
