Stuck electric seat ..

Hi all

I need to remove my passenger electric seat but it's a stuck in the rear position and I can't get access to the rear bolts, does anybody have any ideas?

My indie when in for a service said the motor is ok and it's the forward movement part of the switch thats broke.

They did tell me that the switch can be reversed at the switch end but they didn't show me how!?
