Strange noise on idle - Help pls

So since yesterday, I've had this strange noise when the car is idling.
Only when engine is warmed up/hot so no immediately on start.

Any thoughts? Going to get it booked in at a local indie but am I ok to drive it? Sounds like some thing loose but couldnt work out/see anything.

Update.

These are the code readings:

when car hot , misfies and runs lumpy
put car on system tester
high pressure fuel pump is dry ( not leaking )
P0133 oxygen sensor ahead of cat converter ,bank 1 dynamism
P0153 oxygen sensor ahead of car converter , bank 2
dynamism
P1081 air mass ahead of throttle valve ,partial load
P1094 air mass ahead of throttle valve , impluasible

Suggestion is to replace throttle body and take from there. Does that sound right?

And then the million dollar question - would that be covered by an OPC Warranty? Doesn't sound like wear and tear to me.

I'm pretty certain that it would be covered by OPC warranty but don't let anyone else touch it in the meantime.
