Nearest is Yorkshire but if you want to use my lift I could help you do basic stuff like oil/filters/brakes.

A friend with 2 993's uses David Phillips Auto's in Dundee Terrace,Edinburgh. He has 20 years Porsche experience including main dealer. If you want to go slightly further their is Motortune in Shotts along the M8 and slightly farther their is SP Autobahn in Stirling.
