The newer models of Cayenne and Macan with glass roof have a drain tube at the rear each side ...

I've seen several of these block over the last few years .. the drivers side has the radio amp fitted just where these leak if blocked , about £1K to replace .

To see if you have these tubes then as per pictures or if you prefer .. look up each side from underneath in the corners above the exhaust .

On a service these days .. i cut the end back with side cutters .. or you can do as per images and pull the pipe out , cut and refit .. use lube to refit though .. wd40 will do .

Images of the rotten wiring that also needed replacing .

I have a 2016 Macan GTS and I have noticed lately the windows have water on the inside after being left overnight.

I finally had a look today and the carpet in the back on driver's side is damp.I can't see anywhere it might be coming from on the door. I have since read on a few forums about leaking pano sunroofs which mine has (sunroof).

Can't quite make out your images (where about on the car we are looking). Can you give any adive on how to locate if these drains are blocked? Sorry if it's obvious...

On a Cayenne they exit just above the tailpipes and I would imagine the Macan will be the same.
Mine leaked on the front drains because they had previously been cleared using an airline and had become detached from the roof cassette which was an interesting job to put right!!!
I cleared mine with strimmer cord
