Indeed, glad there was nothing major found as the bill was eye-watering enough for the 'basic rebuild' and some 'while you're in there' stuff (powder coating, zinc plating etc etc)
I've done a bit more to the car since the original thread photos, it's sitting slightly lower at the back having been corner weighted and fitted a set of 'period correct' cup 1s. I'm also going to add a nice Turbo Thomas exhaust as I'm not 100% happy with the current set-up of cat bypass, cup pipe and standard secondary silencer sound, it's also coming in at 110db which often proves a pain at track days.
Imatiently looking forward to getting it back!!!
