991 wheels for 997?

Hello,

Will my 991 C2S wheels fit a 997 C2S please?

8.5J x 20H2 ET51
11J x 20H2 ET70

You will almost certainly want a spacer on the rear axle with those offsets:

The fronts are wider (1/2") and lower offset (6mm) than the 997 wheels so will sit most of 11-12mm wider each side.

The rears are the same width and higher offset (2-3mm) than the 997 wheels so will sit 2-3mm more inboard. Something at about 15mm should be about right
 
Thanks. Yes the chap that bought them had spacers on. He's going to get lower profile tyres too.
