If you're open to a less well known brand, then consider the kingslim D4 with the nextbase hardwiring kit.

It's small enough to hide behind the rear view mirror, & has the features you've mentioned. Amazon seemed to be out of stock for a long time, but they currently have them with a 20% off option.

I bought one a year ago & have been happy with it, but I've not tried the 24/7 feature or gotten around to installing the rear view camera.
