Hi can anyone tell me if my 89 3.2 carrera benefits from superunleaded?

is there any point or is the engine too old to make any difference ?

Anything but diesel will be great! You may need to see the other thread to get that. Vpower is cleaner and therefore will help the engine long term. MAy not give any extra performance though.

V-power is worth 3 mpg (10%) in my A3 - worth the extra when you consider the cleaning properties - if you balk at the price run a tankful through every 4 tank fills.

with these superU's

the maths.... you get more miles per tank, say save 4% but it costs about 3% more then you still make 1% overall.......

still worth while, except when you watch the prices roll by on the pumps !
