Tyres on my 964

I have got 255's on the rear and 225's on the front of my 1993 964. I had my local tyre store check what Porsche recommend putting on the 964 and he told me the tyres on front should be 205's (apparently 225's were first put on the front of the 993).

I love the look of the 225's on the front and want to replace them with the same size. Can anyone advise if this is wrong/dangerous/not recommended...

depends on the wheel size & tyre profile size... ??? so may be the same rotation size at the std 205...

not dangerous you just could get a slightly speedo reading....
