The 964 windscreen is NOT bonded (unlike the 993). It sits in a groove in the rubber surround. Porsche recommend using a sealant between the rubber surround and the body although some fitters don't.
Didn't describe that correctly in my first post. I meant the seal between the targa roof, and windscreen (the one that runs up the A pillara nd across the top).
