I think Merc view LH as a pain in the arse, but, one which will win them titles, so will put up with the tantrums and childlike behaviour. It's collateral damage for them.
I hope Bottas steps up and shows the potential everyone talked about when he arrived in F1. He won't back down to LH, opportunities like this don't come up very often, so he will make the most of it.
LH is an amazing racer, BUT, I'm a wee bit sick of him tbh, and I reckon he'll bail from F1 at the end of this year, especially if he wins the WDC. This would leave Merc with Bottas and Wehrlein, a potentially great line up.
