Bose dashtop speakers

just in the process of upgrading the woeful stereo and speakers on my 996 and was wondering if anyone knows where to get the BOSE dashtop speakers? I've seen a couple of pairs come up on t'ebay but kicked myself for not bidding on them.

was planning on replacing the F&R with a pair of JL audio speakers but think i'm going with a pair of shallow mount subs in the rear quarters and 2 pairs of jl audio in the door pods and replacing dashtop with BOSE....
