Need some urgent advice/info here please. My 997.2 C2S has been missing the rear fan plug (2 pin) but the wires were connected with spade connectors , never had a problem but it has been unplugged and i'm not sure which wire goes to which pin. Should the fan be blowing cold air out through the top vents
Basically there are 2 pins on the fan & 2 wires (1, black wire & 1 Brown wire)
When the rear engine cover is open looking at the fan should the brown wire be on the left pin or the right pin?

Thank you all in advance.

It sucks air out, so try both ways until it's doing it in the right direction. Nothing will happen if they are backwards, it just isn't as efficient.

Wiring detail as requested.
The direction of airflow is from engine compartment to outside and is used to help control high air temperatures in the engine compartment, temperature sensor controlled.
