I hope to own MattyR's 993 by the end of next week. After speaking to a few garages about selling my car the number varied from 47-50 on SOR and all three were around £4000 to sell which included a warranty backed by themselves.
As mine lives in a nice garage and I've recently spent on the whole rear spoiler system, ac condensers and new MP2's all round plus I've done 2000 miles since £3000 PPI spend(bought 2015), £1400 painting the front and new Porsche windscreen that these cars probably fall outside of finance purchases now and that a buyer would prefer to save £4000 and buy privately.
I had agreed £40750k back in April time but my fiancé convinced me that if i didn't need the money or have another car to buy then best keep it. I had told her how much my old 993 C2s was worth now and she asked if i thought the same could happen, I said not to the same degree but certainly has room still to go up. So I let the guy down but he understood.
Fast forward to minor service which i was just doing to keep the history to yearly and the spoiler failed on the way to GT-One along with condensers needing to be changed also. I also decided to swap the tyres when i could of just changed the rear Rosso's.
I've had the car up from 44500 to now 43950 yet a couple of X50's are markedly lower and to me one is either a bargain or has a story or spend needing to happen and the other is not such a bargain but still makes mine expensive if its had all my spend done.
bargain X50 arguably best combo

So I want too much and/or the photos are of poor quality that you can't see how good of a car it is? When you think I've agreed to pay low 30's for a 155k mile 993 I just can't get my head round the Turbo not being worth close to what i'm asking to someone who actually wants Turbo power.
Paragon would have it back but they want it outright and 9e would also purchase it, I'm sure many others would but these are only two I've chatted about buying when talking SOR. I could even try keeping it for a bit longer but I only have garage for one car.
So who would you use for SOR? Are there standard SOR agreements?
9e = Turbo afficiendos with a new sales area
GT-One = Know the car and recent large invoices from them
RPM = Also know the car but not close to me :?:
