I've decided to part with lovely 993.
This has been a very hard decision to make but feel the time is right for me to let her go. This is mainly due to Family commitments\House move & Lack of use nowadays with my young family (Kids 6 & 2).
I will post a proper advert here on 911uk and I also plan to advertise on Pistonheads & Car & Classic but for now I thought I thought I would list the main detail in hope that a 911uk member maybe interested.
I'll list the main points but there will be a little more detail in the advert when I post.
I have lovingly owned and cherished the car for the last 5 years and there has been absolutely no expense spared in keeping the car in the excellent condition. I am an absolute enthusiast and long time forum member so hopefully reviewing previous posts you'll appreciate that the car has been extremely cared for.
Maybe some of you that have seen the car at 911uk events can also vouch for this

Car detail and Spec:
1995 993 C4 Coupe
99,000miles
3.6 pre vario
6 speed Manual gearbox
Iris Blue
Classic grey interior (Inc. highly sought after hardback sports seats)
Air-conditioning (working – ice cold)
Genuine Cup 2 alloys with New Continental Sport Contact N2's
Service History:
The car has full Main dealer and specialist service history (OPC, Portiacraft, Camtune\wrightune, Jaz & Precision).
I have had the car serviced by the highly regarded Precision Porsche of East Sussex in my 5 years ownership
Ownership:
*Originally supplied Parker & Parker OPC Cumbria on 25-03-95
*The car has had 8 owners in total in 20 years
*As mentioned I've owned for the last 5 yrs purchased Dec 2010 where I had a Porsche 111 point check carried out on the vehicle (included in history file)
*The previous owner (from whom I purchased) bought from 911v so again that will hopefully assure you on the quality of the car based on the quality of cars 911v supply.
Bodywork:
*Car is garaged every night and never used in wet weather so the bodywork in excellent condition
*Windscreen and scuttles are absolutely solid with no rust what so ever (inspection welcome). Precision have inspected these, wax-oiled and new\tight rubber seals fitted to future proof.

I have tried to list come of the larger items of maintenance so you can see what's been taken care of on the car and when:
Before my ownership:
*Steering Rack overhaul and refit – 10/04
*Top end engine rebuild to rectify minor oil leaks @ a cost of £4100 – 04/06 (Shows how particular previous owners were)
*Suspension refresh and set up performed by Jaz – Bilstien – 05/06 (20k old)
*Gearbox remove to replace RMS – Jaz – 04/07
*Cam cover gaskets – Jaz – 08/08
During my ownership (spent 12-15k on keeping car in top condition):
*Replace exhaust heat shields and brake shields - Precision – 02/11
*24k Major service Inc new distributer caps and rotors, Fan & Alternator belts replaced – Precision – 04/11
*Replace gear box oil – Precision – 06/11
*New Bosch Silver S5 Battery - Precision – 02/12
*Bumper re-spray to remove stone chips – Impact (Precision's Body shop) – 03/12
*New rear reflector as previous was showing signs of age (Hazy)
*Air conditioning service Inc AC Fan resistors replaced – Precision – 05/12 (Air con is now Ice cold which isn't always the case on a 993)
*New Alternator, Alternator Fan Hub (Bosch) + Fan and Fan housing painted in Gloss black – Precision – 06/13
*Resolved front calliper spring plate lift and new front pads. Also new rear Continental Sport contact N2's (like new – Only 4k old) – Precision – 06/14
*Front strut top mounts replaced & geometry re-aligned – Precision – 06/14
*Full comprehensive Precision Chassis leg repair involving engine drop. Also included removal of rear cross member and replacing of the solid and flexi brake-pipes\hoses. Also replaced rear anti-roll bar bushes. Whilst stripped, bumper supports which usually corrode were Powder coated to future proof. All of this work was a cost of over 3k – Precision (Pictures available of strip down, engine drop and repair) – 05/15
Included in Sale:
*Two original sets of keys
*Original tool kit and compressor etc
*Spare OE dme relay
*Custom 993 Car cover
*New CTEK maintenance charger
