Reproducing a sticker but need the details

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I'm looking to reproduce the sticker in the front of a service book for a Macan.

I think I know the company I can use to make it as I used them before with the 911.

However I need the details of what is on the sticker. Here's an example of what I'm talking about. Also I notice that older stickers are white, so I'd need to understand which one it would be. (2017 model)

If anyone can help that would be great.

Do Porsche create copies of these stickers?

Didn't know that was a thing. But it's not a Macan specific issue. Every car has one.

I think you must be able to get them new as there are two on a 911 one in the book and one under the bonnet. My car has had the bonnet replaced in the past and the correct build sticker is fitted
