How to switch from triple flash indicator to single

Is there an easy way (in a menu) to change the indicators from triple flash to single flash? I've looked hard but can't find one. Thanks in advance
 
Can only be done with coding through a PIWIS 3 system (diagnostic and repair tool)



it shows the specific setting and it can go up from 3, so the option to adjust exists, but unknown if it can do down ?
