Help with 997 C2S Gen 1 exhaust muffler part numbers

Could do with some help on correct part numbers for a C2S Gen 1 rear exhaust mufflers as there seems to be multiple part numbers out there.

I downloaded the PDF parts catalogue direct from the Porsche site a few years ago so that's what I am using for reference. If I am reading this correctly it shows the following part numbers for the 3.8 S (M97.01 engine code)

Offside: 997 111 411 03 or 04 (newer stock)
Nearside : 997 111 412 03 or 04 (newer stock)

However looking at UK sellers who have new or nearly new ones for sale they are quoting different part numbers such as
997.111.431.04 & 997.111.432.04
But looking at the parts catalogue at these numbers and it shows some further codes against them I068/074 and I193/479 which translates to Right hand drive & Left hand drive + Version for Japan & Version for Australia.

Another UK seller is showing 997.111.111.03 but can find no reference to this and whether it is for a standard Carrera or the S, although I have found a seller in Germany also quoting the same part number!

Anyone shed any light on correct part numbers or if these will fit or have access to the up to date Porsche parts system?
