Headlight restoration with pics

I have xenon light with headlamp washers, is their an easy way to remove the silver discs to make it a doodle to do this?

You can just remove the wee chromed cap, but I think you need to remove the washer jet/head first as the cap it has two snap hooks on it (I guess you could remove the whole jet instead). Turn the washers on, grab it, then lever off the washer jet the snap hooks.
