Yes this is a replacement for models with PSE as standard.

I would say with valves closed its a slightly deeper note than the original but with valves open its a much deeper crisper and louder note than the original valve open system.

Yes i fitted myself its not to bad a job as long as the cat to the exhaust bolts come undone.
