Hi all,

Changed the old on my 997.1 C2S, and the oil filter. So 8.5 litres of the good ol' Millers again.

However, I checked a guide afterwards, which said to put the oil filter on the oil outlet then screw on the cover... However, I stuck the filter on the nodule in the cover and then screwed the lot on. Is that going to be a problem, it went on OK, and didn't offer any resistance going on - everything is torqued up correctly.

I can't see any issue but though I'd ask - and an excuse to do it on the new forum too ;)

I can’t imagine it would make any difference….🤔😬
