997 TT Wiring Harness

Hi,

Does anyone know if the dashboard wiring harness from a 997.2 turbo PDK is compatible with an earlier model? I have a 997.1 Turbo 2007 tiptronic, and I need a new harness: I have been offered a second hand one but it’s from a 997.2 2010 PDK. However the part number for the harness is the same for both models: 997-622-903-00.

If it’s the same part number that’s a start
But you need to check on Part number by your vehicle ID number as not all looms are the same even if the part number is the same

Thanks, that’s was the part I was unsure of. Would it be safer to get a new loom rather than risk a second hand one?
