996.2 GT3 MAF sensor part number

Hello everybody,

as some of you may know from following the thread relative to my 996 GT3, I have a the following fault code:

P0102
Porsche fault code 115 - Hot film MAF sensor

Before ordering the Bosch replacement part, I wanted to check the actual part number on the piece currently fitted. I therefore disconnected the MAF sensor and took the following picture:



My assumption was that this is still the first MAF sensor fitted from the factory, but given the OEM part number 986.606.125.01 (and Bosch number 0.280.218.055) I now have some doubts.

Could it be that my car has a MAF fault code because the wrong MAF sensor was fitted by the previous owner?

Is there someone who knows for sure what the correct Bosch part number is for a 996.2 GT3?

According to my research it should be the Bosch part: 0.280.217.007 which corresponds to the OEM part number 996.606.123.00.

EDIT: according to this link https://www.paragon-products.com/Porsche-Mass-Air-Sensor-p/996.606.123.00.htm part number 996.606.123.00 is only for Porsche without E-gas (so NOT for 996.2 GT3).
Porsche PET states that 986.606.125.01 is correct... :?

For completion:

I ended up buying the Bosch MAF sensor with Bosch number 0.280.218.055.
On the MAF there is the updated Porsche part number 986.606.125.02

Car runs as intended now.
