Hi, I am new to this forum and is my first posting.

Just placed an order of over £400 worth of Zymol form Vertar for my new 997s that is due to arrive at the end of the month. Have used Zymol before on my wifes Z4 and nothing come close to this product, it is amazing.

I will post pics of the car, before and during the Zymol phases.

Nice to meet you all.

Picked up the car earlier today. Must admit very impressed. What a huge imrpovement over the 996 carrera and almost feels as quick as the 996tt. Car to be zymoled this weekend and will post some pics start of next week.

I hear the term Zymol all the time but what is it? A type of wax I presume but why does everyone rate it and why so expensive.

Sorry to be a pain.

It's a brand of high end wax that you can't find in Halford. It's expensive to buy but a tub lasts for yrs if used properly, so at the end of the day, £per application works ut cheaper than most decent wax. For example, a tub can cost you say £40, plus other bits and pieces to do the job properly. I bought one 4 yrs ago, waxed the car few times a yr, plus sometimes other cars in the family when I feel generous. I've still got over 1/3 tub left.

I'm sure you can get more info on the link on top left corner of this page. Try it, the shine is worth it.

Have to say it looks rather splendid.

Is the fluffy interior accessory on the 997 options list or an aftermarket fitment?

Very nice.

Another use..... wax scratched CDR's - worked last night !!!

The fluffy interior has been with us for 5 years now. He loves the car, thought he blendid in very well. Only problem is, he leaves a lot of scratch marks on the leather. The sport adaptive seat are quite expensive so he is now banned!!

The car did clean very well, Zymol did the business. The smell of the products alone is worth buying. The wax is now stored in the fridge as it will last longer.

If Phil had a few more customers like you he'd be able to retire - or at least get himself a proper car made of metal...
