Which Warranty?

Hello everybody! New to the forums here and am about to embark on my lifes dream of beoming a Porsche owner! I probably have thousands of questions but lets see if I can get the right car and deal first.

So, I know little about these cars other than what I read. I want a 996 C4 in Black and from an OPC they are still astronomical. Private though they are affordable. So as I intend to keep the car for about 5 years, I would like a warranty.....just in case....! I am hoping for a 2000 model 50k miler so if anybody can give me any direction where to start with warranties, or dealers you have had good experience from this would be appreciated.

Cheers

:)

get it inspected at an OPC first off..........if it comes back A OK then buy a warranty from the OPC....in all should cost you less than £1k(just)..........5yo cars can get covered by this warranty btw

as for specialists,if you deal with any of the following i can't see you going too wrong

in no order

Stirlings.aka Mark Pearce on this forum...........does the OPC PPI as part of his service

Autobahn

Northway

Paragon

911Virgin

Eporsche

Shirleys

Specialist Cars of Malton

Cridfords

Gmund Cars

Paul Stephens

Paul Devyea

Strasse

RSJ

never used any of these tho they all have good reputations to uphold so can't see your fingers getting burned with them, obviously they ain't gonna be giving them away but they'll be a damn sight cheaper than an OPC
