Anyone changed one of these?

I have a hole in the wall of the front left wall, directly behind the bumper. Anyone come across any issues changing these or is it as simple as it seems?

Arch wall?

If you mean the black plastic Arch Liners, then yes they are quite simple to remove once the wheels are off.

You might need some new fasteners too if replacing a piece of liner, as they can get quite corroded.

They are an absolute pig to change and after two hours swearing, had my garage do it.

You're doing it wrong Kimbo. Seriously they aren't hard at all with the wheel off.

I've done this myself so it can't be too difficult! Take your time. The front arches are a bit of a jigsaw. Watch you don't snap any of the studs off. Make sure you coat the fasteners in WD40 (or equivalent) for a good while before attempting to remove them. Event though the nuts are plastic the studs can still corrode.

My car's drivers side front arch liner had said hole when I bought it. Put a new one on- fiddly the 1st time, easy after- and after the Stuttgart trip, had another hole, so, rubbing at high speed then. Question is, how to prevent it.

Are you running over-sized tyres and/or an ultra-low ride height? :?:

Not particularly no. Rs +5-10mm and 18s with 35 profile IIRC.
