Whats the third key for (grey)

2002 C4s ...I have 3 keys for my car, 2 normal ones and a third grey key with no buttons on it ? is it a master key ? or a valet drivers key ? thanks all :?
 
It is an emergency wallet key.

It is NOT a valet key, as it still opens every door etc.

It has the immobiliser pill, but no remote fob (obviously)
