West London/East M4 911UK Meet, Ace Cafe, 08:00am, 22/04/18

Blenheim?

Anyone going to Blenheim Palace for the Classic & Supercar event on the 3rd Dec? PH & SCD have guest parking facilities.... Thoughts?

Kash

I think that would make a great West London/East M4 trip out, maybe we could meet for breakfast somewhere like Henley on Thames and then go up to Woodstock through the countryside rather than main drags like the M40, M4/A34.

May pass 'point' duties to Mr Squelch as he knows that part of the world better than me ( at least until we get to the car park)!

Chaps, greetings from an unseasonably warm Athens. I'm hoping to fly back into Heathrow tomorrow but let's see what happens...... :?

Regarding the meeting planned. I've been out of the UK since Tuesday so would welcome your guidance on our planned rendezvous? Can it still go ahead? I'll not be able to join a Silverstone run (apologies, other commitments) but still up for a breakfast meet. But wants the prognosis? :?: :dont know:

Not looking too promising, and it might be touch and go..I probably won't be venturing out on Cup tyres if road conditions are too bad.

I think Pistonheads themselves are planning to make a call tomorrow on whether or not the event even goes ahead.

Hopefully your flight back into LHR won't be affected..

Hi Paul, not relishing getting the car out again in this little spell of Siberian weather, used it for work on Tuesday, not enjoyable. Sunday's weather looks more reasonable, but early on it's bound to be icy/salty/slushy.

Like Graemep I'm running Cup tyres, Porsche Torque (also Cup) isn't up for it, so think I'll spend some time Sunday getting the crap off from earlier in the week and tucking it away. You may still be in Athens in any case
