The heater flaps have probably rusted up and stuck open so the hot air from the exhaust is constantly being fed into the cabin. sh*t job for someone.

I think Barrie is looking for advice and support, not to be told that its a **** job.... :roll:

Barrie, have a look on rennlist as Steven advised, the thread he shows seems straight forward but then again these cars have their times. I have tried to search on here and no results...

Many thanks for the advise, I have looked under the car and the valves are operational by tugging on the cable,

I cant seem to find the thread mentioned on rennlist?
