Tiptronic Steering Button not toggling back to centre

Hi All, just noticed today the right tiptronic button on my steering wheel won't automatically bounce back to its neutral position. Pressing + or - it just stays depressed in. I actually have to press the opposite to release. It doesn't feel like being sticky or stuck, more like it's return spring or whatever isn't working or broken. The left button is fine. I do wonder how long it's been like that as I have almost exclusively always used the left. Thoughts? Likely stick, broken? Easy enough to replace, procedure, etc. Ta
