New C4 engine mounts fitted, the rubbers between the door handles and the door replaced and a correction to the fitting of a front top mount sorted. Also we took the old girl to the Supercar event at Dunsfold yesterday. A nice chap (called Greg I think-I'm rubbish with names) took me round the track in his 996 GT3. Brilliant fun, if not a little hair raising. Just as we were waiting to go, an Arial Atom went through the barriers at a chicane they had put in. I hope there was not too much trauma to driver, passenger or car.
This week I will be getting the front bushes fitted (Powerflex) and a reconditioned steering rack. After that, it's a split rim refurb. Chris I will be in touch about this. Mr Bacchus is sending me some overmat retaining clips which are surplus to his requirements. Plus, I have taken a leaf out of Jonnt's book and ordered the protection caps that fit over the nuts under the rear spoiler and fitted a new bulb in the headlight switch.

Hi

That sounds great. Playing with these cars is good fun.

Makes my fitting a new pollen filter look like a weak effort.
