This is fake yes.

Why might it be fake :?:

175 mph

Can't see why it couldn't be true?

996 Turbo X50 vs 996 Turbo vs GT3 Mk2

0-60: 4.2s vs 4.3s vs 4.5s
0-100: 9.0 vs 9.4s vs 9.3s
Standing KM: 21.8s vs 22.0s vs 22.1s
Top speed: 191mph vs 189mph vs 190 mph

So throw in a few tenths different gear changes, fuel, tyres, servicing/maintenance (states of tune/boost pressures) etc and they could easily overlap.

The GT3 may have 70 BHP less than the Turbo X50 (that's 15%)
but:
The GT3 is 285kg lighter than the Turbo X50 (that's 17%)
The GT3 is more aerodynamic than the Turbo X50.
The GT3 has less driveline losses than the Turbo X50.

Can't believe they are that close a few tenth's and that.
I'm thinking of a change now summer is here, seen this before i posted this thread what do you think.

So according to last weeks stats, the 1999 base carrera 3.4 is faster than a gt3, and the x50 turbo.
:wack:

Last week's stats were Mk1 of both.

Mk2 has more power.

In any case, I neither made up the figured nor the YouTube clip.

Ive had a 993 Turbo X50, (sold it, what a mug) and a GT3 RS,
I must say the 993 was exceedingly quick, the GT3 RS was quick in a different sort of way, I had ceramic brakes and never felt too confident in them
