Hello all,

Does anyone know how to change the fog lamp of a 993?

I presume the indicator has to come out first - how do you do this? Is it easy?

Any views much appreciated

Keith

Step by step instructions:

1) open driver door.

2) start ignition

3) programme Tom Tom or similar device for OPC Bournemouth!

Sorry no idea, I am sure that someone with a serious answer will be along soon

It's been a while since I did mine. You need to remove the indicater first by undoing the screm on the side, then the fixing screw for the fog lamp will be exposed.

Alternatively if you're as mechanically minded as Jamie then his idea will work too but might cost you a few quids!

unscrew the indicator

then you can access the fog light , single screw and easy out ensuring you carefully bring the connectors out on the rear or they will disappear into the bumper !

simple after your 1st attempt !

4. Empty wallet, repeat until OPC happy.

Thanks for the pointers! Have successfully changed lamp without raising blood pressure or damaging car!
