squeaky dash

my 996 dash has an irritating leather creak coming from somewhere behind the passenger airbag and the top of the dash.

anyone experienced anything similar?

how does porsche handle that sort of repair (the cars still in warranty)?

I have experience of this very same problem. One of the dash rattles was due to the window screen which was remove and teflon tape fitted prior to replacement. I still have a rattle from the passenger side vent binicle.

MY C4S has numerous rattles which, despite 5 visits back to the dealer, are still there.
