had in intermitant problem a few weeks back so had coil; packs changed but now it seems that when the car has reached temperature and I put my foot down the car becomes sluggish then as I let the power off its ok any ideas ? :?:
 
What model is it? Have you had anyone plug a diagnostic box onto it?
 
its 996 3.6 originally a fault code came up showing misfire cyl 3

That was presumably before you had the coil packs changed? :?:

GT4's querying reference to MFA was intended to suggest that your car's air mass flow sensor might need cleaning. Do a search on here for "MFA" and you'll find that the procedure has been explained many times.
 
Did you change 1 coil pack or all of them ??
 
ok so I will check out my muf I mean maf next then ,you guys know your stuff

Ah yes. Air mass flow sensors have had more names than David Bowie and a corresponding number of acronyms have been used for them, but MFA isn't one of them so it wouldn't have been much use in a search.
