roof rack wanted for 993

I am looking for an original Porsche roof rack for the 993. Please let me know if you can help,

I found there are none left with UK OPCs and no luck with a couple of indpendants that i tried. I tried eBay - but none on there right now or recently.

However, one has turned up in Germany, so (assuming it arrives here okay) I should now be okay.

Is it much different from the after market one? I suppose it still uses the rain gutter as the fixing point? Can you post some pics?

Sure will Mick. It should be here next week. I have no idea what its going to be like - but i thought it worth the gamble! I'm scared of damaging the gutters on my baby, so I hope it is a well engineered fit.

Thanks Tim, looks like it uses a similar mechanism to secure the rack, clamping onto the rain gutter, as the comercial ones. That reassures me a bit about using them. Cheers.
