Roof Bars

I want to fit bars to the roof of my 996 in order to transport my bikes

Are the bars that fit into the ready positioned area any good?

Are they only available from OPC?

Any ideas how much they cost?

anyone ever seen a towbar on a 996?? STOP LAUGHING!! sorry to ask but if poss would be double helpful,want to take my car and jetski away this summer,and im looking for a temporary solution Mercs and BMs have those detachable ones you can get yes i know they arent rear engine etc my OPC cant help, thought it may be worth an ask you never know!

On a serious note, I guess it would be really expensive to fit a towbar to a 911. Because of the dominance of the engine exhaust system the chassis is very hard to get at.

Mark, did you ever get those roof bars? 8)
