re-setting trip master

Hi anybody knows how to re-set the trip master on a 993 - 1995 model

i get the overall fuel consumption etc but can't seem to reset the trip master to zero

thanks for any tips

Hi,

Use the stork to select the fuel consumption then pull the stork towards you for a couple of seconds then it will zero. It's the same procedure for zeroing the mileage.

Opps :oops: thank you GT4 but I had only just woken up :D As my spelling teacher used to tell me "You must try harder" :wack:
 
I just had visions of "stork" being put into Google Translate and throwing some of our foreign members!

\btw do you have the car manual as a pdf file ??

the guy who I bought my 993 from didn't have a manual ... if you do have it as an electronic file would appreciate v.much if you can share it
