radio speaker block problem

hi all,

the speaker block that plugs into the back of the radio was cut off by some moron who fitted a cheap sony cd player, im trying to put things back as they were, the cable has 7 coloured wires and a shield, ( does it go to a preamp? ) would anybody have a diagram, or know what wire fits in which section of the block?
