So in usual fashion , took the tips off the exhaust to give them a make over that was a pandora box moment and half!

I also noticed one of the exhaust sleeves is loose, ok actually the back box was not really connect to the centre box! thought it sounds odd.

Of course the bolts are all shot!!! but the good news is its loose enough to just tap off the centre pipe and replace rather then cut off knacked bolts

What is the best replacement approach clearly stainless steel and stainless bolts etc.. but all i can find is this and thats pretty £££ for a clamp

Other than for stainless or titanium nuts and bolts, I'd go to OPC for the rest. Bet it'll be cheaper than d911.

Thats a bit cheaper , yes defo stainless bolts which really should of been fitted as OEM..

That's basically robbery.. nearly £130 for two mild steel connectors!

Worth checking out some universal parts like this:

Now thats a big difference anyone new the spec of the OEM clamp ? for sports exhausts size etc?

sorry ive found it 55mm x 90mm
