Hey noob here I collected my 996 c4 last weekend, it's just had a engine rebuild so I'm still currently running it in but still loving it just looking forward to being able to use it to its full potential soon

Apparently one of the cylinders had oveled and caused an engine tap so the dealer had it rebuilt before putting it up for sale I've had a good read up and seam to be a known fault on one or two 3.4s but I'm sure you lot will probably know more about things like that

yes, that gets mentioned occasionally. Do you know who did the rebuild?

Cool :thumb: Those guys appear to have a good reputation.

what's the differences between the two....

groundbreaking. :thumb:

You didn't really expect me to list all the differences did you?

Ha no, but I wouldn't have been surprised if you did.

To the eye I can't see any differences between the two.
