Guys

Just finished off installing new rear struts,,, phew, what a fiddly job that was!
Has anybody noticed there are two sets of pin holes on each rear firewall end, bracket/lug... two upper holes and two lower ones for the retaining pin to go through. I fitted thru the lower holes on passenger side but due to chafing risk against the two rubber pipes adjacent decided to use the two upper holes on the drivers side. Am pretty sure that's where the originals were fitted but not 100% certain.
Has anyone here done this job recently and perhaps remembers which holes they used :?:

Cheers
Don

Did mine recently, and just double checked. Top both sides. That's how they were before, also no witness marks to lower holes.

:agree:

Thanks for that chaps, I shall reposition p/s accordingly.
